It’s a day of catching mellow waves on a longboard! 🌊
It’s been a while since I last surfed, so I’m feeling very safe! 👏
As we were talking, we entered the water, and suddenly it started raining! (For some reason, there was no wind.)
The conditions were 1-2 sizes higher than I’d anticipated, and the waves were deep enough to sink in (lol).
Huh? Where did those mellow, gentle waves go…? lol
I’m glad it was a veteran girl with overseas experience (relieved).
This longboarder took off from a section where shortboarders would normally jump in. It was a great sight, lol.
Positioning for takeoff is crucial, after all!!
